  For the second time, our pizza was ordered as delivery. WELL- if you have your pizza delivered it will take at least 2-3 hours to arrive, if not longer. The first time I was told "The guy left with your pizza 20 minutes ago"- which I didn't get it until an hour and a half later and ordered the pizza an hour and a half before that phone call was placed. This time the pizza was ordered at 5:50 PM- well it's 8:45 and still no pizza. When we called "sorry, we only have 2 delivery drivers". Here's a solution- inform your customers when they order pizza as delivery- dont make them call multiple times. I will no longer give them my service. I feel that if they are "short staffed" then this message should be relayed upon placing the order OR just tell me the only option is pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that working in food services can be difficult- but make better management decisions.

  Update: I called in a delivery, i got a call back saying they couldn't deliver. I called back and asked if the order was still being processed so I could pick it up. I was put on hold on my phone and wife's phone. I hung up on the holds once they lasted over 15 minutes each. I called back multiple times after just to verify my money wasn't being taken. Pretty terrible service tonight. Giving two stars since they called back and told me they can't deliver.
